Nicky made her professional debut at the age of 10 playing Brigitta in ‘The Sound of Music’ at the Apollo Victoria theatre, London. At 12, she was in ‘Bugsy Malone’ Her Majesty’s theatre London.

Ever since, she has made a career in TV and Theatre. Theatre includes ‘Stepping Out’, ‘The Wizard of Oz’ ‘How the other Half Loves’ (Oldham Coliseum) ‘Oh What a Lovely War’ ‘Steel Magnolias’ (Bolton Octagon) ‘Macbeth’ ‘Alice’ ‘Tears of a Clown’ (Harrogate theatre) ‘From a Jack to a King’ (New Vic, Stoke) National Tours of ‘Return to the Forbidden Planet’ and ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ and ‘Fame’ original west-end cast, Cambridge theatre, London.

TV includes Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Hollyoakes, Waterloo Road, Fat Friends and The life and Crimes of William Palmer.

She also Choreographs. Credits include ‘The Blonde Bombshells of 1943’ (New Vic, Stoke) ‘CBeebies Christmas panto (BBC) ‘Desperate to be Doris’ for Lip-service theatre company, ‘Looking for Buddy’ Bolton Octagon and Live theatre, Newcastle, ‘Ballroom Blitz’ Hull Truck theatre, ‘Aladdin’ Stafford Gatehouse and ‘My Sister in this House’ Union street theatre, London.

Nicky is a visiting professional at the Paul McCartney school, L.I.P.A in Liverpool.

She juggles all this with looking after her two children, Daniel and Lucy.
